“Dreamy Slumber’s Lullaby: A Poetic Invitation to Rest”

“Dreamy Slumber’s Lullaby: A Poetic Invitation to Rest”
Short poem

In a world of dreams so sweet and light,
Where stars twinkle in the velvety night,
It’s time for you, my little dear,
To close your eyes and rest, don’t fear.

The moon smiles down with a silver glow,
As gentle breezes softly blow,
Whispering secrets to the night,
As you drift into slumber, hold on tight.

Dream of castles in the sky so high,
Where fluffy clouds go drifting by,
Imagine dragons, brave and bold,
In lands of stories, yet untold.

Sleepy bears and kittens too,
Snuggle close, just like you do,
Underneath the cozy, starry dome,
Dreamland’s where you’re free to roam.

With teddy bears and fairy wings,
You’ll dance with fireflies that sing,
Through enchanted forests, you shall roam,
In dreamscapes, you’re never alone.

So close your eyes, my precious one,
The day is done, the nighttime’s begun,
With dreams as soft as a feather’s flight,
I wish you a peaceful and starry night.
